I loved the breakfast and amenities they offer a large range of things at this hotel there are 3 subway stations fairly close by good for the Hanzomon (z) and the hibiya line (h) the breakfast was really good offering Japanese and western

The breakfast is not free but fairly good for the price and if it was it would be another amenity so it?s not bad

Hotel was very clean, Staff spoke a decent bit of english too.

the internet speed on the complimentary wifi is a bit slow compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Internet is very fast in Japan there's no reason for slow wifi unless they're throttling the guest vlan.

The room was clean and there are complimentary amenities in the room and also offered in the lobby.

There was a faint odour emanating from the toilet. It was quite a distance from Tokyo Station.

The hotel is located in a quiet, local neighborhood that feels more relaxed than busy areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Multiple subway lines are within walking distance, making it very easy to get around Tokyo. There’s a Mini Stop and 7-Eleven just a few blocks away, which is super convenient. The hotel provides a good selection of quality amenities, and check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Staff were also happy to store my luggage while I went out to kill time. Another big plus is that it’s about a 10-minute walk to the TCAT bus terminal, where you can catch the airport limousine bus to both Haneda and Narita.

The room size is small, which is expected for standard Japanese hotels. The building and interior feel a bit old and slightly outdated, but it wasn’t a deal breaker since I mainly used the room for sleeping. The price felt a bit expensive for the value, though this is understandable since I stayed during New Year’s week when rates are inflated.

Room was kept clean, Plenty of towels. I liked the "Japanese pajamas" Cleaning staff and desk staff were excellent, both in the jobs they did and in their friendliness. And the rooms were very quiet.

The refrigerator could have been a bit larger, and a small microwave oven IN THE ROOM would have been very convenient.

Very good value, location, access to transportation, restaurants, etc., and a very helpful pleasant staff!

Nice room in a good location, fairly close to subway station. More spacious that most Tokyo hotel rooms I've stayed in before. Friendly staff and good value.

The room is clean, the hotel provide a lot of essential stuffs at the lobby for you. The room is small but expected because this is Tokyo. It is closed to a few train stations, very convenient. Also, close to T-CAT if you need to take airport bus.

Room was good sized, we liked the location as it was close to train stations and restaurants.

It looked like an older hotel from the photos but in the end it was absolutely up to standards! Check in was easy and the staff very nice. I liked that you could pick free amenities in the hall rather than having them in the room, which feels way less sustainable. The neighborhood was very quiet but well connected.

The hotel is well connected through a metro near by. the room is small. Breakfast was poor with not Japanese dishes.

Really good location (close to two/three metro station), lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was tidy and quiet, the bed was confortable.

Location is fantastic. A 3 min walk to Suitengu-mae station, which also has an underground passage way to TCAT.Room and toilet were very clean. The bed was comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was an additional 1100 YEN. Was yummy but was advertised as breakfast included. They have American style and Japanese style with additional buffet and expresso/cappuccino machine.

Very convenient and quiet location, close to several subway lines, easily accessible from both airports, and a solid business hotel in it :) Staff speaks English, and they can send your luggage with Kuroneko if needed

The room was tiny but that is to be expected from this type of the hotel. The building is a bit weird, it is a hollow square with rooms in the edges, so the room door went outside (though technically inside the square), and to reach the reception or breakfast you had to freeze outside for a bit waiting for an elevator. Won't be a problem in warmer months, was uncomfortable in winter though.

Rooms were even smaller than we realized. Rooms were accessed from a central core that was open to the elements so quite cold!
